We buy the freshest seafood on the market. We then promptly prepare our Suppers and freeze them, locking in the freshness. So when you come to cook them, you're unlocking the freshness of the seafood, just like it would've been on the day it was caught.

Here he is with his biggest crab of 2022. Later that day it was on the menu at Crab Shed Salcombe. It doesn't get any fresher than that.
